Great helmet and just can't beat with the deal price. I have a smaller head and the medium fit perfectly. Light and well ventilated. A great upgrade from the cheap junky big box store type helmets.
I couldn't resist the amazing price on this helmet, so I pulled the trigger and bought it this past week. It came in on Friday and I tried it on, and I have to admit that it is comfortable and easy to adjust. The problem for me, however, is that I have a longer head, as opposed to round. As a result I think the front to back fit is just fine, but the side to side fit is a bit weak. The helmet easily rocks back and forth, and that doesn't make me feel comfortable. That being said I will return this very nice helmet, only to purchase something that will cost me more cash! And having just picked up my new Trek Domane 5.9 I am tired of spending money!
Great helmet. Very good value at this price.
At the closeout pricing these helmets are at right now it's hard to imagine a better value in a helmet. I use mine both road and mountain biking, but primarily for 'cx in the fall. A size large fits well - it is much more sleek than the L/XL Specialized Decibel and S-Works helmets I've used in the past. They fit a rounder head compared with Giros, which seem to fit a head that is longer than it is wide. Easily five stars...
the bell gage is an awesome helmet i picked up the BMC team version and it fit great looks just as great and is light as air. I really dig the matte finish, the vents are perfectly placed keeping my noggin cool on long rides, buckle is small yet works well with gloves, i rate this helmet 5 out of 5 and at the current price it can be beat!
Finally upgraded to a "nice" helmet after wearing cheapy ones for the last couple of years. This thing is super comfy, well vented and fits my head better than a glove. wait, why is there are glove on my head? I generally wear mediums in most items, seems like this helmets sizing is spot on.
