I bought one and likes it so much, I bought another in a different color. Fit is true to size, not windPROOF but slick surface resists some wind. Light brushed interior.

Bellwether makes great clothing - this jersey is no exception. Well made, good material. However, they run super small! I usually wear L or XL in almost everything (6', 185#), but I have to order XXL in Bellwether! If you order L, you can't breathe, unless you're some 140# Frenchie, which most of us are not. So, great jersey, fits super small.
