This is a nice first aid kit that fits easily into most seat bags, it comes with almost all the essential stuff you would need in a minor to moderate injury emergency, but it's missing one key item, a hemcon strip or what's known QuikClot as a blood clot strip that stops bleeding fast. To add this one item would only cost about another $5 so it is inexpensive to add to an otherwise good kit that could be made a lot better. You can use sugar but it's not as fast as QuikClot. If you're bleeding a lot a band aid or a bandage is just going to get soaked, sure Brave Soldier comes with Butterfly stitches but they won't stick to the skin if the adhesive gets soaked with blood, the blood flow needs to be stopped first than apply a bandage or the butterflies. So get this kit then add a $5 QuikClot.
