CaffeLatex Tubeless Tape
Reinforced with a dense glass-fiber matrix, it can stand even high pressure with just one layer: replacing standard rim-tape, Caffe Tubeless Tape perfectly adapts to rim internal profile and makes standard rims air-tight, sealing spoke holes. Caffe Tubeless Tape will allow the use of Tubeless, Tubeless-Ready and TNT (Tube No Tube) tires on most standard MTB wheels.
Two different widths are available:
- 21mm for rims with external section from 22 up to 25 mm
- 25 mm for rims with external section from 25 up to 28 mm.
WARNING:
Before gluing Caffe Tape inside the rim, carefully clean the rim-bed, removing any trace of grease or lubricant (use alcohol or other degreaser), then clean carefully with a clean, dry cloth.
Adhesion of the tape on dried-up alcohol is not good. Use a sharp spike or a screwdriver to make a round hole in Caffe Tubeless tape at the valve hole. Avoid using a box cutter knife, and performing an "X" cut, that would prevent proper air-tightness at the valve base.
