MegaExo bottom brackets offer greater bearing life versus older Isis or Octalink bottom brackets. The ball bearings are 40% larger than most ISIS Drive BB's for greater strength and longevity. Furthermore, the bearings are spaced wider apart for an overall increase in the stiffness of the bottom bracket/crankset interface.

Excellent bottom bracket. My road bike was originally equip with the FSA bottom bracket and I put over 3000 miles on it before bearings started showing signs of wear. So did not even consider another type bracket. Installed quickly without any issues.
