Finish Line KryTech Lube Wax 4oz
Finish Line's Wax Lube goes on wet, but dries to a hard, dry, super-slick wax film. No oily greasy film to attract or absorb dust and dirt. DuPont's metal bonding Krytox lubricating film in combination with M2 molybdenum, specialized waxes, and more, make Finish Line's Wax Lube even slicker, quieter and longer lasting. Finish Line Wax Lube is wax lubrication technology at its best.
In fact, Bicycling Magazine says Wax Lube far outscores its competition. The industry's cleanest, driest, most durable wax lubricant. Wax Lube requires more frequent application, but your drivetrain will remain nearly contaminant-free, so cleaning before relubing is not usually required.
Drivetrain parts that stay this clean last longer and work better! A dry, hard wax lubricant that keeps parts clean. Perfect for cyclists who value cleanliness over all else.
Finish Line KryTech Wax lube is probably the best lube on earth for dry conditions. What you get is incredible resistance to dirt buildup while being the most frictionless, ultra slippery lube available. A chain lubed with Krytech and laid on a table can not be picked up with your fingers as they can't get an adequate grip to give you an idea how slick it is. There is never any build up on your idler wheels and really if you just wipe the chain periodically you only need to re-apply the lube and not have to fully clean the chain. Yes, you have to apply lube more often but it is worth it as you will always have a cleaner drive train than other lubes. Pro Gold is good and lasts longer with also no build-up but doesn't come close to Krytech in reducing friction. Rock & Roll Dry (red) also comes close and is excellent for cleanliness and Rock & Roll Extreme (blue) may be the best lube overall for an all condition lube where you may encounter wet conditions. My limited experience with WD40 dry lube is that it is very clean and has excellent durability. Remember it is best to wipe your chain with a dry rag after every ride and your drive train will stay in the best possible condition. Other than Finish Line Dry which is decent, I would avoid all other lubes as the drop off in performance becomes significant. possible condition and well worth the minute spent.
