Showing Questions 1-5 of 7

Q: Can you mount direct pull/linear pull brakes or are there only disk mounts?

A: This fork can only accept disc-brakes.

Q: what is the weight on this fork?

A: The weight would be approximately 3.3 pounds

Q: What is the axle to crown on this fork? Hoping it will work with a 650b wheelset. Thanks,

A: This wheel will not work with a 650b (27.5”) wheel. We do not recommend cutting or modifying the fork in any way.

Q: Can it be converted to 120mm travel?

A: Under no circumstances can you ever increase an F-Series 80 mm fork or 100 mm fork to 120 mm of travel. Doing so will lead to suspension failure, resulting in property damage, serious injury, or death.

Q: Can the steerer tube be cut to a shorter length?

A: Yes, you can cut the steer tube to fit your bike.

These forks are a no brainer at this price! As long as you can use the 180mm steer tube. They were a perfect fit for my 2013 Chameleon although I use a tapered reducing bottom race. These are 2011 models but they are brand new. Thinking about getting another pair for the Superlight! So get a pair before I do!
