I am 6'3'' and 190 pounds. I have a sleeve length of 36" so it is hard to find apparel that fits around the body and has long enough sleeves to cover my arms. I ordered a medium thinking I would have to compromise on the sleeves only to be pleasantly surprised to find the sleeves fit! It is also really comfortable material.
