Fox Rampage Helmet 2013
The Rampage is a high-performance downhill helmet designed with a lightweight fiberglass outer shell and full face protection for those unexpected hard landings.
Comfortable and pretty light. It vents well and goggles fit it good! Put this helmet to the test on the first day I wore and held up well! Also visor adjustment is pretty good. I would recommend this helmet!
I had the matte black version of this helmet, and I really liked the look and the fit. It's pretty light. It vents pretty well, and most of the liner material comes out to wash it. I have a pretty large head, and the XL felt a little snug but it fit well. I smashed mine this past spring on some rocks while doing some shuttle runs in Phoenix, but I didn't even realize how hard I had hit because the thing did it's job! My impact was on the left side below the visor mount right near my temple, and it was hard enough to cut into the shell but I walked away fine! (well, my head was at least.) I think the only thing that would make it better would be a buckle to fasten the chin strap instead of the d-rings, but that's just my preference.
I bought this for MTB riding. It's a really nice helmet and vents really good for a full face helmet. My buddy bought one as well and really likes his too. Would recommend to any one.
