These shorts are super durable and tough. They are a little longer and a little heavier than I am used to, but they'll take a beating. I'm also a fan of the compression liner that came included. For almost 50% off, you should definitely buy these.

Great shorts! - Apr 23, 2014

I bought these shorts since my TLD Moto shorts were so thick and baggy. When I got them I could they were a much lighter weight. I rode in them last weekend and wow what a difference. The material is light and stretches in the right spots and I never got hot waist down. The additional padding that is removal is nice as well if you plan on sitting on your butt a lot. I'll be buying more of these shorts whenever these wear out. Great fit, great length, durable, overall awesome

Love these shorts! - Apr 23, 2014

I would recommend these shorts to anyone. They are baggy but not hang your arse out there baggy. And they're not too long where they snag your knees during your pedal stroke (unlike a pair of Endura shorts I have). These shorts are very comfortable on and off the bike. The removable chamois is a nice touch too. The one star deduction is because my chamois hasn't held up the best to washing.

Well made but big, long, and heavy..... - Apr 23, 2014

DUMFRIES, VA

These shorts are tough as a tank! But I found the waist size I usually buy 38 (My waist is 37) seemed like a 41. Had the elastic/velcro all the way forward. With the long inseam, these things are like knickers. Also, since they are heavy, they slouch down a bit. But they have lots of nice roomy pockets and a helpful key holding strap.

They just work.... - Apr 21, 2014

I have 3 pairs of these shorts now and absolutely love them. I ride 4 or 5 times a week in the Arizonan sun and they all still look good, even after numerous crashes. Very comfortable, well made, well thought out pockets and adjustment system, you really can't ask for much more in a pair of shorts. :)

Or I should say not holding me back. I love the look and feel of the shorts and chamois they are great pants the only thing holding them back from getting a 5 is the zipper constantly falls down on them wich can be enbarsing when coaching kids.

i've had these 8 months and they still look good. they're my daily riders, riding 2-3 times a week all mountain and a couple runs up at snow summit. i've had a couple falls and they stood up well to dirt and rocks. the padded liner works great. these shorts are comfortable, light, durable and fit well. fox makes a good product.

GET THESE WHEN THEY ARE ON SPECIAL!! - Jan 30, 2014

Duncanville, TX

So I'm a Fox aficionado when it comes to MTB gear and these by far are the best bang for your buck. The Chamois is comfortable and the style of shorts provides enough leg coverage even past the knee a lil bit. I use them and never feel like they make me feel out of place when going to eat or to the store after MTB'ing.

Perform as needed - Sep 11, 2013

AURORA, CO

These shorts are good. They are a little long for me but if you like a short that extends below your knee by a couple of inches then this is your style. I like that it's a removable inner liner so you can use them over multiple days with different liners.

Comfortable - Jul 15, 2013

APO, AE

These shorts are comfortable and ride great. Not too baggy or heavy pockets are adequate though the mesh of the front pocket makes me worry a bit about keeping keys in there. Love having the glass cleaning cloth but it would probably have been better stashed/ attached in the cargo pocket, too uncommonly used for front pocket, it just gets in the way. Color and pattern on the tan shorts is great, fit is true to size.

Nice shorts for the money - Jul 13, 2013

EDINBURG, TX

Great fit, soft material feels very luxurious, pocket zippers do get scratches on your hands, chamois is not very comfortable and for some reason these will stain a white seat where previous version's material did not.

Excellent Riding Shorts - Jul 02, 2013

1 2 3 4 5
5 out of 5 stars
Perkasie, PA

Great pair of mountain biking shorts. Comfortable and fits perfectly since it has an adjustable waist. Nice zip-shut front pockets that include a clip-in microfiber cloth to clean off your sunglasses. The removable padded liner is comfortable to wear and doesn't ride up. The liner is completely separate and does not attach to the shorts, which is nice if you'd like to wear the shorts without the liner.

Great shorts! - May 28, 2013

TRACY, CA

These are my primary go-to shorts for MTB. The fit is great and the material is durable. The detachable sunglass wipe is a nice touch. No problems with the chamois (on rides shorter than a couple hours, I may not even use it). These shorts look great off the bike as well... not to mention, they're comfy. My only gripe would have to be with the zippered front pockets... the opening is a bit on the small side so every time I reach into the pocket, I get scratched by the zipper.
