Hayes Stroker Gram Disc Brake

Clearance Item -- Limited Quantities Available

Hayes Stroker Gram Disc Brake

Excess unnecessary weight slows you down and Hayes is well aware of that. Hayes designed the Stroker Gram to be extremely light by removing non-structural material from the master cylinder. The result is a super lightweight brake that is as strong as it is sexy. The master cylinder and caliper have been madeover with titanium hardware. Lightweight aluminum-backed pads round out the package. Sure, there are lighter brakes out there, but none match the Stroker Gram's combination of weight, power, modulation, serviceability, durability, and value.

Light, strong, and yes, Sexy. - Jul 28, 2014

I have been running a set of these after I bought them with my new bike for about a year now. They are strong, and reliant on the trail. The only alteration I would like is a lever easier to grasp and still keep my braking power. Other then that I would recommend these to anyone looking for nifty, reasonable priced trail brakes. :)

Light powerful brakes - Apr 30, 2014

I got these brakes to do an upgrade for my old bike. Since my frame size is 21", I didn't have to cut the line and bleed the brakes. Brakes are powerful for being so light, a little grabby but they won't lock your wheel, you just don't feel a lot of modulation, is either very light brake or power brake. They also required a break-in period, mine took like 10 miles of riding (I didn't count how many times I had to brake) before they ran smooth. They are simple, work good and look great...
