Thumbs up for rock and roll with the new 2.0 trainer. This trainer allows the bike to move as it does on the road so you get an extremely realistic feel even if you're not out in the elements. The Rock and Roll 2.0 forces the rider to maintain form on the bike so you're working out the core muscles most effectively. A stable core will help cut down on upper-body movement so no energy is wasted. If your form is off, this trainer will correct it and ensure you're riding the bike well.

I find this trainer to be excellent. It is quiet, consistent and you can move a little with it. I have found that the floor stabilizers don’t tighten enough and can be removed too easily making me question the stability. It also takes up quite a bit of space and would be difficult to move if you wanted to bring it to a race and warm up with. If you have enough room, it is a great option.
Great trainer. I don't think that this will ever wear out, quiet too. I have put hundreds of hours on the trainer and have no problems. I switched from standard trainer to R&R and would recommend the same, if you can swing the extra cost. Its worth it.
I upgraded from a 3 year old road machine. This thing totally changed my trainer rides. Kurt's quality is there as usual, and with the addition of the Pro Flywheel, you'll be in the sweat pain cave in no time.
Once again a superb trainer from Kinetic. Sturdy and extremely simple to install. A little pricey but well worth the money in terms of reliability and simulated "road feel". Be sure to include a number of spinning DVD's to keep you engaged and seating :-).
