Manitou 5wt Fork Oil 17.5oz Pour damper oil (5wt fork oil) into the leg. Stroke the rebound shaft to bleed the system and release the air. You want to stroke the rebound shaft a few times with the rebound fully closed, then turn the rebound knob open two clicks counterclockwise. Stroke the rebound shaft another 15-20 times and the system will be bled.- Designed for Manitou Fork Oil lubrication systems
