Manitou SPV Volume Adjust Tool
This tool is used to adjust the air volume in some of Manitou's "piggy back" type rear shocks (the Swinger Air x4 for example). Increasing or decreasing the volume of air in the piggy back unit will increase or decrease the platform effect of the shock.
