Q: 315 MANTT3 Is it possible to get this fork (Manitou Tower Pro, Taper, qr15, black) in 120mm travel? The site only lists 80mm or 140mm, and that seems like a big gap! If the fork is not available in 120mm, is there some type of adapter to MAKE it 120? Thanks! --Ian

A: Unfortunately these forks are on clearance & we no longer have the 120MM version available anymore. The sizes shown in the variation-dropdown are the only sizes available for this model & the travel on these forks cannot be changed.

I installed this fork on my Santa Cruz Tallboy 29er in conjunction with a Manitou Radium Expert rear shock. This shock is easy to set-up and adjust. You will want to experiment with pressures and adjustments to find the right set up for you and your riding style. I have to ride the street and side walks for five miles before I get to the trail the lock out is easy to operate on the fly. Color is black and red which matches my bike and looks badass. I have a small suv so I take off my front wheel and load it in the back which is quite easy to do. This fork is light weight but strong. I am 6' tall at 195 lb. My break set is Avid XX with 160mm rotors. When I installed the front caliper I tightened the bolts then backed them off 1/4-1/3 turn. This allows the caliper to follow the rotor while aggressive trail riding. The fit and finish are beautiful and I have gotten many compliments on my rig. I bought the 140mm because I do small drops.
