Marzocchi 44 LR Switch TA 150mm Fork 2012

As I pull this fork out staring at the black on black paint job, I think to myself, this would look fly on my bike. Messing with the travel adjust (TA) with just the flick of a switch would be so convinient to have in my back yard.(Orange County) I can bomb downhill with 150mm of travel, get to the bottom and drop from 150mm to 120mm, lock out my fork and take on that beast uphill. The all in one fork for that All mountain or Cross-country trail.

Marzocchi brings you a hydraulic travel adjust system that works completely independent from the damping system so you can adjust the travel without compromising on your suspension. By relying on hydraulics, travel adjust is independent of such factors as inside air pressure: this means no risk of air leakage ever. The optional travel change of 40mm (on the 55 series) or 30mm (on the 44 series) fork automatically re-extends without pulling back up on the bars. It's easy and simple while still allowing for buttery smooth travel in both the reduced or extended settings right from the beginning of the travel.

New bushing design features vertical slot for oil fluid and lubrication: fitted design process forms itself to the internal casting machine seat. The goal is to have the best feeling, most supple feel between the stanchions and the casting.

Combining the damping feeling and the reliability of the open bath cartridge with the lightweight of a closed cartridge? Impossible? Not for Marzocchi's engineers! Thanks to the compensation port any exceeding quantity of oil will flow out in the lowers keeping bushings and wipers lubricated. As soon as the oil level in the cartridge decreases the quantity gets restored by bringing the previous expelled oil back inside. Combined with the Rebound and Lockout adjusters the LR damper is easy and effective for your best ride experience ever.
