Marzocchi 44 Micro Switch TA 150mm Fork 2012

Marzocchi's Micro Switch TA 44 is a good example of why trail bikes are being ridden harder and faster than ever before. This fork allows you to pedal to the top of your favorite downhill without sacrificing a smooth, plush linear feel on the way down thanks to Marzocchi's bag of tricks, including Travel Adjust, nickel-plated stanchions and the TST Micro cartridge.

Slightly redesigned to reach perfection the TST Micro is the greatest evolution of Marzocchi's closed cartridge hydraulic system. The red knob on the lower part of the fork leg allows adjusting the rebound, the black top blacklever activates the Micro system controlling the compression. The Micro adjustment located in the middle of the top left knob sets the threshold valve in order to offer the maximum traction and control on any terrain and combining it with any riding style. Lockout is activated by turning the Micro knob completely to the closed position, then shifting the black lever clockwise or shifting on the remote control to the lock position.

All forks with nickel coated stanchions show a new superficial treatment and a new design. The new superficial treatment improves their smoothness and their resistance to the dirt encountered during every bike ride. The internal tapered profile design allows a consistent weight reduction in comparison with the previous MYs equivalent stanchions, without losing out on stiffness and resistance.

New bushing design features vertical slot for oil fluid and lubrification; fitted design process forms itself to the internal casting machine seat. The goal is to have the best feeling, most supple feel between the stanchions and the casting.
