Some times is hard to decide if the product should be designed to suit the Pro riders need or the average mountain biker. So Marzocchi decided to let the rider decide. Their revolutionary RC3 open bath cartridge is the first serviceable and with an interchangeable compression shims set to accomplish all your needs. Developed with the precious help of their Pro riders they achieved the goal to perfectly tune the same fork for Wade Simmons or Richie Schley, Kelly McGarry or Rob J. All this riders knows how to bring the bike to the limit but they all have different riding style and weights! There is no magic and no secret, it's motorcycle industry tuning procedure!

Titanium Spring
Deep researches on springs and materials allowed Marzocchi to build highly resistant springs with a really light weight. For example, the 888 RC3 EVO Titanium spring has a 50 Percent lower weight if compared to any previous titanium version: the new spring only weighs 163 grams!

New bushing design features vertical slot for oil fluid and lubrication; fitted design process forms itself to the internal casting machine seat. The goal is to have the best feeling, most supple feel between the stanchions and the casting.

All forks with nickel coated stanchions show a new superficial treatment and a new design. The new superficial treatment improves their smoothness and their resistance to the dirt encountered during every bike ride. The internal tapered profile design allows a consistent weight reduction in comparison with the previous MYs equivalent stanchions, without losing out on stiffness and resistance.
