I wear a size 11 in most shoes and these fit great in an 11. They run a little narrow which is perfect for me. Soft while walking and stiff on the pedal these are the first Clipless shoes, that didn't look like a skate shoe, that I've wanted and I couldn't be happier with them. Great on varied terrain here in Colorado.

Sizing and traction - Jun 07, 2014

I bought half a size smaller than my running shoes and after a couple rides the shoes fit perfectly. The traction on these shoes is really great for climbing, however for descents i find this shoe to have really bad traction with my feet constantly slipping. The ventilation is great, but if you really want to fell some air you need to tilt your foot forward. I also feel this shoe can use some more color but that is my personal preference.

Same Problem - Apr 08, 2014

I had the same exact same problem as previous reviewer. These are nice shoes, look nice, but that's as far as I got with my pair. The size 10's were too long and the 9.5's were too tight and short. I had to return both pairs to my local shop. I never had a chance to wear them and try them out. Therefore, with that problem, and the price, it lost a couple of stars in my opinion.

Sizing Problems - Jan 19, 2014

I wear a size 10. I'm 46y/o, and up til this point I've never had a problem with fitting shoes. Once I bought a pair of Shimano SPDs which ran a size small, but simply buying one size larger(44) solved the problem. With these Mavics however, the size 10 was too long and the size 9.5 was too short. Because of this, I'm unable to 'review' any other aspect of the shoes. I couldn't get a size to fit, so I'm having to return 'em.
