Maxxis High Roller UST 70a 26x2.35 Folding Tire

The High Roller is Maxxis' most popular tire for a good reason. The tire is extremely versatile with its ramped leading edges which allow for a fast roll over any terrain while the side lugs keep you stable at high speeds and in deep cornering. The tread patterns lend themselves easily to all mountain bike disciplines including downhill, cross country, and even freeride.

  • LUST/UST casing
  • Versatile tread pattern covers most mountain disciplines
  • Ramped, fast rolling knob design

Do you have a lot of money? Do you consider yourself a high roller? Perhaps you would like to add a BOS fork to your cart.

i have been using these tires for both front and rear, riding style is pretty much all mountain/enduro. very nice tires, so easy to install and inflate with my stans tubeless rims! these tires are so grippy and will give you more confidence on cornering and braking. it's a little heavy but has a thick sidewall so you can hit harder!

I ran a 2.35" as a rear tire on my Yeti SB66 and it did really well. For my riding, this tire was a bit on the heavy side. However, if I were headed up to the mountains where my top speeds were much higher than they are on my XC trails I would definitely recommend these. Cornering and low rolling resistance have been my two favorite things about the High Roller. I have used several of these tires on my XC bike as well as my DH bike. When you're going fast, they sit up on those center lugs and fly. But if you're the kind of rider who likes to slam your bike low & hard into the corners, this tire is an excellent choice. The side lugs bite like a rabid wolverine but can still be drifted with the right body input. I've never had any issues with the sidewalls and I'm a pretty big rider with absolutely no shyness toward rock gardens and ledges. I had no trouble installing them on my Sun Ringle Charger Pro wheelset and they sealed up real nice. My only suggestion would be that if you're in an area of flat topography this tire may still feel a tad heavy. I kept my tire for vacations in the mountains but for my area I like my Continental X-King and Mountain King tires a little better.

I bought these tires for my all mountain bike. Side walls seem pretty thin for my taste. Great traction and good seal. Awesome price and free shipping. We will see how long they last.
