The basic concept of the larger diameter is simple: it will keep your wheels on top of oncoming obstacles. Rather than riding IN the terrain, you'll be riding ABOVE it, gaining more control and stability on even the roughest trails.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Niner Jet 9 Price Point Pro Build Shimano XT/SLX Easton Bike

Here at Price Point we are doing everything we can to make sure your dream bike is within reach. Using our knowledge of the industry and volume pricing, we have created a build that saves money everywhere possible without skimping on quality to create this incredible value.

Life is complicated enough from nine to five, what you do in your off hours should be simple – it’s time to hit the trail on the new Jet 9. Enter your first mountain bike race, visit that MTB mecca or just crush souls on the after-work ride. It’s the simple action of “doing” that’s important and that is why Niner created the Jet 9.

Serious good looks, light weight, CVA travel, the Jet 9 has all the technical refinements that define an XC dominator. Carbon wonderbikes are great, but you’ll appreciate the technologies that Niner utilizes in their alloy frames, too. They are dream bikes within reach – custom butted and gusseted alloy frame with as much attention to detail as their RDO line, something you can log big miles on, day in and out. Sound like a bike that you might want in the garage? Us too!

This bike is SO nice. Feel more confident imediately on down hills and log/rock crossing. I am riding and climbing stuff I never could before. Front fork is impressive and easy to setup. At 5'4" I went with 60mm stem and small frame LOVE IT!

Just purchased this bike for my GF to get her started in the 29er world. We both love it. I have always been a big fan of Niner bikes so it was an obvious choice when looking for her. With this particular build the bike comes out to just about 30lbs. It's a great price for a bike you can build upon.
