NINER TECHNOLOGY

Because the lower swingarm linkage is located underneath the bottom bracket, chain torque in any chainring effectively neutralizes the unwanted forces that degrade power transfer to the rear wheel.

Rather than just offering the same carbon products, Niner makes sure they are maximizing the benefits of the material so that their carbon products are purpose-built from the ground up.

The basic concept of the larger diameter is simple: it will keep your wheels on top of oncoming obstacles. Rather than riding IN the terrain, you'll be riding ABOVE it, gaining more control and stability on even the roughest trails.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Niner RIP 9 RDO XT Rally Blue Exclusive MTB

Here at Price Point, we are always looking for ways to make sure you get the best possible bike for the lowest possible price. Our buyers have pulled out all the stops to create an exclusive world class build with a price tag so low it will leave our competition scratching their heads wondering how we did it. Take advantage of this incredible offer before it's too late 'cause nothing this good lasts forever.

Niner's “Quiver Killer” meets carbon. Niner spent 2 years developing their highly anticipated carbon trail bike - and it shows. The RIP 9 RDO incorporates global rider feedback as well as Niner’s rigorous carbon design, engineering, and testing standards. The alloy RIP 9 is no slouch with over 30 glowing media reviews for ride quality and handling. The RIP 9 RDO takes these characteristics and ups the ante with a sick carbon frame, sexy carbon linkage, ISCG compatibility, and additional travel. Yeah, they sort of outdid themselves.

The RIP 9 RDO features Niner’s patented CVA suspension and delivers 125mm of fully active bump eating travel that still pedals efficiently when you're climbing. This bike gives new meaning to the statement "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts" or 1+1=3. I'm just saying, when you point this bike downhill you'll swear it has more than 125mm of travel. The damping is tuned specifically for Niner's CVA suspension by Fox so the Float CTD Factory Shock with Trail Adjust and Kashima Coat is a perfect match for this perfect frame. Buy one, ride it, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

  • 125mm of CVA suspension
  • Compatible with 120-140mm forks
  • Removable ISCG 05 tabs
  • Carbon suspension linkage
  • 142mm x 12mm rear spacing

All Price Point Exclusive Builds are built in-house from the frame up by our pro mechanics. With a history of racing and riding, they know bike set up and are meticulous when it comes to making sure every bike is assembled and tuned perfectly so you can start enjoying your new bike almost as soon as it is delivered.
