3.5 stars. Helped me get used to/break in my saddle when I bought a new mtb. Good comfort, but is a foam padding, so after a while on the saddle it kind of just stays compressed and isn't too much of a pad anymore. I haven't ridden my mtb on trails without wearing these, so I cannot say exactly how much better they are than just my normal boxer-briefs and shorts. I got these when they were 2 for ~$18. Fit well, kind of tight, but in a good way.
