PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The modern answer in base bars, even when fabricated out of aluminum, is to flatten the section between the center and the horns into a wing shape. This is what Profile Design has done with their T2 Wing Base Bar. The 6061 aluminum wing offers two benefits. One is minimizing the profile of the bar that has to face the wind. The second is a shape that is easy to rest your hands on when riding between the horns and the extensions. The wing is easy to rest your palms on and the ends of the horns are designed for plug-style bar-end brake levers. There are also cut-outs in the side so you can thread through the bar and then out the back.
