Great choice to replace your stock grip - May 07, 2015

I purchased this at first because of the looks and its price. I was not expecting too much from this grip at first but when I finally p/u this grip from Price Point I was surprised on how igood it is! That very night I immediately installed it with no hassle. I had more trouble removing the stock grip than installing this raceface grip! Everything was easy, the packaging of the grip was easy to open too! I placed the locks on both ends of the grip (used a small rubber mallet to tap it in place). It was so easy to slide it on the handle bar and the locks kept the grips in place. I tighten the screws just enough (not excessively) and the grips were secured in place. Took it for a ride in PV and Fullerton Loop. It felt better than my stock grip, it kept my hands in place and it didn't give me that rough feeling while riding. It is beefy in a good way, it makes you feel you have a better grip on it which provide better control on your ride. The locks where made perfectly well too, eveytime I put the bike on the ground or make it lean on a wall I tend to hit the grip locks on a rock, everytime I did I will always check if I ruined it, to my surprise nothing happened to the locks. It is strong enough to withstand small impact but I would suggest to use the end plugs that came with the grip as it will provide additional padding on the grip for that scenario. Great upgrade from the stock grips. Looks good, perform great and the price is excellent! Highly recommended!

I Like Em... - May 01, 2015

Bought these before I even had a bike. Was riding a friends bikes(3 mtb's) and my hands and wrist were always hurting during and after the rides. He even had some ergonomic grips on one bike and those were no better. Felt I needed something beefier. Found these, read the reviews. Liked the look and color choices. Once I got my own mtb, 29er hardtail, I switched out the stock grips with these and have not regretted my choice. Been riding with them for 6 months now. Comfortable even without gloves(forgot my gloves one day). Tacky out of the box and after I don't know how many washes still tacky and still look new. Locked on to my handlebars once and have never slipped or needed re-tightening since. Will buy a couple more just to keep for the future, incase these get fazed out. Highly recommend.

Added these grips to a bike that has some Race Face parts from the factory and they really look the part, nice and beefy. Even though I don't have huge hands I like to have a bigger grip for comfort and less fatigue, these fit the bill!

Nice grip for the money - Jun 09, 2014

I bought these for a full suspension build that was completed back in March. They are inexpensive and really good looking. After almost 3 months and at least 30 hours of hard trail riding they are still in perfect condition. Out of the box they are nice and tacky. They are a made of a hard rubber compound that does not flex with your grip. The locks and ends snap in very securely. I haven't had to tighten even once and the grips are still tacky. I have ridden in light rain with them and tend to sweat a lot in general. These do not get slippery when wet.

Fantastic Grips - Apr 24, 2014

I have been using these grips since the beginning of last summer. I couldn't be happier. After having a few grips make my hands sore after every ride because they were small in diameter, I looked for some grips with a larger diameter but relatively "lower profile" (no raised portions). These fit the bill perfectly for me, they're beefy and provide all-day comfort for my large hands.

I have been using these grips for a long time now and i have to say they are fantastic: bigger in size so there is more to grab and the way they took all the fatigue and numb feeling out of my hands made me feel more comfortable when i ride now. good grip with or without gloves i recommend these to everyone wanting a set of grips that do what they say.
