Q: How long is the steertube?
A: The steer tube comes as a generic length and will need to be cut to fit your bike.
Q: Would this fork fit a 2011/2012 Giant Revel 0? The original Dart2 fork is leaking and I figure it'd be the same to replace than repair since its an entry level fork. What other parts would I need for the installation? Thanks!
A: Yes, this fork will fit your Giant Revel 0!
Q: How long is the steerer tube? I have an older and large frame bike that will require converting from threadled to threadless, so requires a rather long steerer tube. thank you, John [email protected]
A: The uncut length of this steerer tube is 265mm.
Q: I have an old Kona Fire Mountain (94-95). I still ride it for a back up and well it's still a great bike. Will XC 28 TK Coil 100 fit this bike with the old style V rim brakes and what kind of mods would be needed?
A: It is hard to tell from the limited information out there on your bike but as long as your frame has the then standard 1 1/8" steer tube this fork should work fine without any modifications.
Q: Will this fork fit my 26" 2009 specialized hardrock? Will it need to be cut to fit no matter what?
A: Yes this fork should fit your bike fine. As with all new forks you will have to cut the steerer to fit your frame.
I bout these from another store but man I love these things. Went great with my Sette Reken frame alowing me the option of either v-brake or disc brake. The lock-out mechanism works great, and doesn't slip like Suntour does. Great response on the trail rugged for the price.
