Sette Enduro Shoes
Whether you bike or hike, Sette Enduro shoes will be there for you. The aggressive, wide, high traction outsoles combined with reinforced midsoles, provide a stiff and comfortable shoe for any type of rider.
A very well made product. Stitched toe always makes a shoe better. Fit was dead on. Can be used with or without cleat. Good grip on pedals and terrain . Haven't used cleats still newbie. Not too stiff of a sole so you can hike a bike , without walking like Frankenstein's monster. Don't look awkward to shop or stop somewhere public.Lace areas are very strong so the wont strip out or tear. Think quality hiking shoe for MTB. These are on the heavier side from limited knowledge so if xc racing is your thing I'm sure you would be looking for something lighter. I only wear a 7.5 us so laces are always a little long on my shoes thats most every shoe and boot so not a minus... For the price and not to be wrecking my other shoes it's a no brainer.
Crazy, but these inexpensive shoes have held up better than any other mtb shoe I've owned. Yeah, they're a bit heavy (barely noticeable for me at 205 lbs.) but SUPER durable. Agree that the laces are better than velcro or buckles, very adjustable. Grippy soles perform VERY well when off the bike. Four years of riding (2-3X/week) and there is plenty of life left in 'em. 4 stars cuz of weight.
I've had these for over three years now. I use them about once a month. I don't have a single complaint about them. The things I like include: -They are stiff, but comfortable -The velcro keeps the laces together and out of the way -I can hike with these on and have great traction -They don't look obnoxious; you can wear these into a store without looking like a freak, unlike some of the other mtb clipless shoes I have seen :-) I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone. The price is low enough so that you aren't taking a large risk if you are on the fence.
These are my first biking shoes on super clearance for $19.98 with one size left. I dare anyone to find a better shoe for $20 bucks!! They are stiff and the tread seems great for walking and platform pedals and I doubt i will use the cleats. Very happy!!
This is my first pair of mountain bike shoes. For $29 I couldnt go wrong. Previously wearing Nike Running shoes. These things are built very rugged. They were a little tight initially but I figured for $29 I would try them, after all they are a biking shoe not running shoe. After my first 10 mile ride in the woods, I can say these are great! They loosened up just a but and fit great. I like the hard platform as opposed to a soft flexible running shoe. Soles are pretty hard and gripped my platform pedals well. They have provisions for clip in pedals as well if I ever go that route. Nice shoes, especially for the price!
This is my single speed shoe for when I don't want to wear my $200 carbon pair. Good stiff sole for power, comfortable for 3 hr rides. My favorite part is the tread is rubber not plastic, good hike a bike shoe for single speed. Sizing is accurate. They are heavy, but for the price they are great deal. 200 rides and still working great
Very comfortable, rugged, durable mountain biking shoes. I also like the brown color and suede upper. The laces provide a better closure than velcro strap (IMHO), and the single velcro strap does a great job of keeping the laces under control and out of my chain. I ride rocky, rooty trails and these shoes are holding up great - now in their fourth season. I would definitely buy these shoes again - if they ever wear out.
Great shoe and value. The sole has more grip on slick rock and slippery surfaces than my cross country hard soled shoes. I needed something safer and more comfortable for hike a bike sections of slick rock and desert terrain. No issues with my 2 types of SPD pedals and fit.
