Sette ST-27 Hollowtech II Bottom Bracket Tool
The Sette ST-27BB Hollowtech II BB Wrench is designed to remove and install Shimano Hollowtech II bottom brackets. The ST-27BB is made of laser cut chromoly steel for a precise and durable fit and it will securely engage the 16 notches of the Hollowtech II bottom bracket cups. The ST-27BB also has a durable non-slip handle to give you the best grip when applying high amounts of torque.
The ST-27BB is packaged with the ST-27 Star Shaped Hollowtech II Tool which is designed for use during the installation of Shimano Hollowtech II crank arms by engaging the 8 internal splines of the crank arm preload adjustment cap. The ST-27 is made of durable nylon and care should be taken to when using it to ensure that the splines are not broken by over torquing the tool. When both tools are used together they work on Shimano Hollowtech II cranks. The ST-27BB wrench can be used by itself on Race Face and other brands of external BB cup style cranksets to install/remove the cups.
