Built this bike up for my girlfriend and was very impressed with the build quality of the frame. Everything fit together so smoothly and it look very nice. Shes given me a lot of good feedback regarding the frame. Had held up thru a few 100 mile rides.

This is a very basic but solid frame that can make a good road bike or a commuter bike that can take a beating. The 6061 aluminum tubing is very strong and stiff, solid welds, and you only need a standard IS type headset to install your fork. OK, the 52 CM weighed in at 3 LBS, 12 OZ, not svelte but remember, a $5000 carbon frame weighs about 1 3/4 pounds less at the most so dropping significant weight off this frame also means big $$$$. The ride is stiff but not overly jarring and the geometry is a modern sloped top tube design that provides lower standover and the top tube is in the unisex range of not too short or long, about the same as the seat tube. Thus, pick your seat tube length and it will fit most people. My 52 CM has a standover of 29 3/8" with 700x23 tires. I think this is as good a value in a frame as you can find
This is an early review as I have not finished building the bike and ridden it. The 52 cm weighed in at 3 LB, 12 OZ, so it isn't the most svelt frame. To put things in perspective, however, a $3000-$5000 carbon frame will get you 1 little over a pound and 1/2 lighter. Put an all carbon fork on it (which can be found for $100 or less) and you are less than a pound heavier than what most $3000 carbon fiber bikes weigh. This frame has your typical unfinished TIG welded joints which is fine. The tubes have some nice shaping to them to improve stiffness and I am very confident that this bike is a great climber. I imagine that this isn't the softest riding bike around but it is very solid and will take any abuse you want to throw at it. The paint is good and I like the geometry of this design, allowing for decent stand over for each seat tube size. This frame is a superlative value, no idea how you can beat it if you want a basic road frame.
