Shimano 105 5700 Pedals
Shimano's latest version of their 105 pedal has really blurred the line separating them from the top end Dura-Ace version. Utilizing the same design and stainless steel body of the Dura-Ace pedal, the main difference you'll notice with the 105 is weight. These tip our digital scale at exactly 320 grams. A set of Dura-Ace pedals are 278 grams which equals a weight savings of 42 grams for three times the price. Granted the Dura-Ace pedals have fortified bearings and an extra year tacked onto the warranty but if you're sponsoring your own racing career it's nice to know there are parts out there that define the phrase "bang for the buck." A pair SPD-SL cleats are included and have 6 degrees of float. 105 pedals can be installed with either an Allen key or a pedal wrench and carry a 2 year warranty.
