Shimano M780 XT 3X10 Crankset
When Shimano created their all-new 10 speed Dyna-Sys range of components, one of the key pieces to receive a significant makeover was the crankset.The gearing has been reworked to improve front shifting and take better advantage of the massive gear range of the new 10 speed cassette. The chainrings themselves have been completely reworked to fit perfectly with the new, narrower HG-X 10 speed chain. The middle ring even borrows a page from XTR with carbon fiber reinforcement for added durability and stiffness.
Carrying over from the 9 speed version is the same Hollowtech II design and ease of set up. Bottom bracket cups are included and will fit both 68 and 73mm shells.
Please note, Shimano's Dyna-Sys range of 10 speed components are designed to work as a complete group. This crank is not compatible with 9 speed drive trains.
