They are a little heavy, but the construction quality is good enough for daily use, and they are really comfortable too. I think they are a great for its intended purpose, I use them for everything, trail or city riding and they have work perfectly. BTW, I use them with Crank Brothers Candy 3, and haven't had any problems with the cleats. also, I normally wear shoes size 9.5 or 10, I bought them size 44 which are supposedly a 9.7 and the fit well, perhaps a tad larger.
