The Shimano SH-R087E Road Shoe is durable, close fitting yet fully adjustable, making it well suited for fitness enthusiasts or competitive racers. The uppers are made of a supple, stretch resistant synthetic leather that's combined with a mesh micro-adjust buckle for dialing in that perfect fit. The lightweight glass fiber reinforced-polyamide sole is both SPD and SPD-SL cleat compatible.

Once again, bought these awesome shoes from Pricepoint, as always, either on sale or on clearance. And lower than any other online bike part stores as ALWAYS! In the bike shop they were like $40 more! What extra am I getting there but ripped off!? With free ship on one of their sales, I could not resist! I could have bought just the road shoes like this but when Pricepoint offers a sale, AND throws in free ship, I buy lots of stuff. I bought these along with the matching mountain bike shoes and the E type size fits my wide foot better. SUPER confortable, don't crush my foot like regular shoes do. The velcro makes for quick on and off which I LOVE but even more so, the ratchet top adjust allows you to quickly lock in and tighten the show to your personal setting one click at a time. Super light weight too with a hard fiberglass bottom, very rigid and awesome stylish! I love these new road shoes! Fiberglass hard bottom and fit just right!
