Shimano Ultegra PD-6700 SPD-SL Pedals
The Ultegra 6700 pedals have all the functionality of their big brother Dura-Ace. The main difference you'll be able to easily quantify is the weight. A set of Dura-Ace pedals tips the scale at 276 grams per pair while the Ultegra weighs in at 318 grams a set.
For taking a weight penalty of under two ounces you can save yourself enough money to pick up a fresh set of tires or take your significant other on a dinner date in an effort to prove that cycling isn't your number one priority.
The 6700 pedals have an aluminum body and roll on a steel spindle fortified by two sets of ball bearings per pedal. The tension is adjustable and the included cleat allows 3 degrees of float.
