Shimano RS30 Wheelset
The RS30 retains the same spec but got a sleek makeover for 2011. Perfectly suited as an everyday wheelset for either training or riding, the RS30 utilizes many of the same features found in Shimano's higher-end wheelsets.
Both wheels use bladed and butted straight pull spokes for enhanced durability and aerodynamics. The front wheel is radial laced with the rear being built in a 2 cross pattern with a specially offset rim for increased strength.
The RS30's free hub is 8, 9, or 10 speed compatible and fits both Shimano and Sram cassettes.

I have used this set on my roadie and my commuting CX bike and it is a good value. It rolls smooth, is sturdy and true, just don't expect it to be aero. Mine whistle with 23c Michelins Pro4. Way too heavy for climbs so I put them on my commuter. They took curb hucks just fine. Basically, I would suggest the RS20 for a better all-around and inexpensive wheel.. only get this one on the basis of aesthetics.
