661 Evo Glove
Glove looks nice. Got them to replace my old and beat up 661 Gracias. Cheap quality. Velcro on one of the gloves didn't hold because the hooks on the hook side didn't have any actual hooks to catch onto the loops side--replaced it with the velcro from my old 661 gloves. Seam on one glove in between the thumb and forefinger is already coming open after only a handful of rides. Too bad, really. I love 661 products, but this is probably the last pair of 661 gloves I'll buy.
I purchased these gloves to replace an older pair of 661 gloves that I have used for the last few years that I absolutely loved. When I ordered these I selected the same size, but was surprised when they arrived at how tight they were on me - granted my old ones had been worn in and stretched to my hand, but these were so tight I could barely get my hand in them and make a fist. On first use I found the pull strap to be too small (it looks much bigger in the pictures), and one of my gloves had the velcro separate from the rubber with less than an hour of use. Pricepoint service was awesome and replaced the defective gloves with a larger size. Additional things to point out: - Knuckle guard is rubber, and works great for small stuff, but don't expect too much - Blue spandex in the finger joints looks cool when flexed - Rubberized Index Finder tip allows me to use my smartphone with the gloves on! - Thumb area is made of material to absorb sweat
