Sun Ringle Charger Pro 29er Tubeless MTB Wheelset
The Charger Pro is a step up from the Charge Expert. They both use the same Stan's enabled rim but the Pro steps it up a notch with a lighter hubset that rolls on upgraded bearings and utilizes straight-pull spokes. The Charger Pro is a great all-round wheelset, and Sun Ringle calls it an all-mountain wheelset, but it will definitely hold its own in an XC race from time to time.
Finally, the Charger Pro just doesn't both ways it goes three ways. Out of the box it's set up with a standard 9mm quick release or it can converted work with either a 15mm or 20mm thru axle fork. Both sets of adapters are included.

Love them. I have been riding them for 2 seasons with only a miner gripe. They are light and nimble for the strength and width. Easy to install and I like the options for the front and rear hub. Comes with 9mm QR (installed), 15mm TA, and 20mm TA end caps for the front hub with the availability for aftermarket end caps for purchase for the rear (standard QR installed). Have them trued for the first time after a few months of riding but didn't notice them even needing it. I have noticed some flex in the rear especially when I really hammer the pedals. I have wide tires in the rear and I can hear them connect with the frame when I stand. I hope its only normal flex and not something with the hub. I've heard some chatter that the rear hubs fail after a short time, but this has not happened to me, nor have I hear any first hand accounts. Sun Ringle (and all Hayes products for that matter) have EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They are always quick to respond, are very helpful, and have never made me feel insulted for asking a rookie question. The customer service alone leaves me to recommend any of their products. Bottom line, they are worth a ride or two.
