I got these to replace a 25 year set of Time pedals that had thousands of miles on them. The old ones where very durable and mostly metal, so I was surprised that the new ones where all plastic. So far, I have not had any issues with them and really like how they clip in and out. Only Time will tell if they last anywhere near what my last ones do.

I have about 10 rides on these pedals so far. Once engaged, the pedals feel great. The clic when getting into them is rather quiet and you don't feel a solid pop once your in. getting used to that coming from look pedals was an adjustment but not really a complaint there. I would certainly recommend them to a fellow rider

I have had great trust in Time with their MTB pedals. I have used Time on my MTB, and my son has used them on his BMX and MTBs. I thought I would try Time road... very disappointed in them. I bought 2 sets, and 1 out of each set had issues. The plate on the pedal that is just glued on fell off one of my pedals. I sent it back to price point, who sent it to Time, about 5 weeks later I got a new pedal. Luckily I had a back up. My son had same issue with his, but didn't want hassle of mailing in during race season. Bought Shimanos instead. I have shimano's on all our road bikes, and Time on MTB's. Would not buy Time road again. They would not express ship replacement set in middle of race season.. do not reccoment this modeal at all.

My 11 yr old has been using time mtb pedals since he was 6 (atac roc) for bmx racing and I use them for mtb. My son just started road racing and we got these for our bikes. Extremely easy to clip into , seems to line up perfect for clipping in with clip surface on top automatically. I have about 500 miles on these and pedal platform on one of the pedals fell off. Very disappointed that time with such a good reputation would just glue the platform on. Just sent them back for exchange, hoping it was just a fluke as I really like time products, we have 5 sets of pedals from time. Just switched my son to the expresso 6 by time...loves them.
