Great pump - Apr 24, 2014

I can't honestly give it a 5 as I don't yet know its long term reliability. Purchased in March of 2014. The connection on presta valves is impressive, solid feel and disengagement is much cleaner than other pumps I have tried. Schrader works, I have only pumped up a wheelbarrow tire with a schrader valve so not a lot of experience. I haven't tried the supplied fittings for soccer balls, etc. Nice long stroke, and at high road tire PSI it is not a struggle to inflate. No problem inflating mountain bike tires either. Here is one interesting piece of feedback you may not readily hear - at 5'3", I am barely over the top of the pump at its longest stroke. Anyone shorter than me might struggle to put enough weight into the stroke.

You could do much worse - Apr 23, 2014

Works very well for about 2 years, then it starts to leak from the gauge. I've had two that have started leaking from the same place right around the 2 year mark. This pump used to have a lifetime warranty so getting replacement bits was no big deal. They don't anymore, so keep that in mind. While it works/doesn't leak, it's a great pump. Stable, high stroke volume and guage is very readable. Just don't consider it "the last pump I'll ever buy" because you'll need a new one in a couple years.

I did my research and this price is the lowest on the internet. Pump itself is great. I especially like the following features: -gauge up high so it can be read easily -sliding red "tick mark" to set to your desired pressure -air bleed button. -sturdy base, soft touch handle Gauge accuracy is good, and barrel build is too. Definitely a great pump at a really low price. I was surprised as Amzon and most others carry this as $99.

I bought this pump because my friend has owned one for the past decade and it has treated him well. I have owned mine for almost 2 years and have pumped everything from road bikes to my car. Works awesome and is super reliable [never had any issues with it not attaching to a valve]. Highly recommend this pump!

Not worth the money - Nov 30, 2013

1 out of 5 stars
Frederick, MD

I purchased this pump to replace an aging Park Tool PFP-3. I use this for my bikes as well as tractor and wheel barrow tires. It seems to work fair for Presta valves but doesn't work as expected for Schrader valves. With the Schrader valves the head does not activate the valve except when pressure is applied to the handle so the guage does not read correctly with those valves. It also pumps about half as much air as my old model so filling a wheel barrow takes twice as long and twice the effort. I would not recommend this pump if you plan on using it for Schrader valves.
