Good back tire. - Apr 14, 2014

These are a great back tire. I got two and thought I would try front and back considering the price. After getting used to a kenda nevegal up front I had a hard time adjusting to it as a front tire. After a few rides I really enjoyed the weight difference and it was good on cross country trails that didn't have long sweeping berms but I ended up ditching it for a Geax gato I like. This tire really shines on the rear. The knobs make up for the lack of width and this thing grabs while still being light. It rolls great on the trial. Of course it is a little bumpy on smooth surfaces but with the weight difference it rolls faster than a tubes kenda small block eight like I had. One thing I did not like was after removing and putting back in I had a hard time getting it to pump up with a floor stand. Ust tire and Easton haven ust rims so I should not have had to take it to a compressor. Also they didn't hold air without sealant. Again I believe a ust set up shouldn't have to need that but for the price and riding feel I am very pleased.
