Yes, the SRAM Attack Trigger Shifters are designed to work with Shimano rear derailleurs. However, the SRAM Attack Trigger Shifters will not work with a Sram X.7, X.9 or X.o Rear derailleur.

Can I use the SRAM Attack Trigger Shifters with my "low normal" (Rapid Rise) rear derailleur?

Answer:
Yes, the SRAM Attack Trigger Shifters should have no trouble indexing with this type of rear derailleur. Note, the indicator window numbers (on the shifter) will technically be reversed, but does not affect performance.
