A SEATING SYSTEM FOR THE NEW SKOOL.

I-Beam seats are all made from fiber composite material, with a single rail integrated into the base. SDG has eliminated bent rails forever! I-Beam seats are generally lighter than comparable titanium railed seats, and can be clamped into a far greater range of positions. This means your seat is where YOU need it, allowing you to get more comfortable on the bike, and to ride more efficiently.

A long time staple in the SDG line, the Bel-Air continues to use the proven shape that many have considered as one of the best all around saddles available. The Bel-Air SL uses the patented I-Beam System which utilizes the latest DuPont® nylon fiber composite base, making it incredibly strong and lightweight. The SL is a competition model that is constructed with the lightest EVA foam available. (273mm x 140mm)

Will a non-I- Beam Seatpost work with the SDG Bel Air SL I-Beam Saddle?

Answer:
No the SDG Bel Air SL I-Beam Saddle will only work with I-Beam specific Seatposts. The I- Beam system uses an integrated composite base and clamping area. The I-Beam system eliminates popped and bent rails forever while shedding weight.
