Race Face Ride DH X-Type Crankset is a high performance DH specific crankset that’s not a boat anchor. Built in Face Face's BC manufacturing facility from Optim-Al - one of the strongest, most fatigue resistant aluminum alloys available. Featuring oversized crank arms for unparalleled stiffness and strength, beefed up chainring spider to withstand hard impacts, heavy walled, heat treated CrMo spindle. Includes X-Type External Bottom Bracket.

X-TYPE – External Bottom Bracket System: Features larger bearings for unsurpassed performance and durability, external bearing placement for increased stiffness, full ball bearing construction for twice the load carrying capacity, and proprietary crank/bb interface for unmatched strength and power transfer. Spindle is semi permanently attached to L.H. crank for serviceability. With 3mm of chainline adjustment to dial in your drivetrain and chainrings that feature Race Face’s patented S.H.I.F.T. technology for quick upshifts.
