The White brothers Magic fork is air sprung for lightweight performance and incorporates IMV oil damping that minimizes fork movement during climbing while responding compliantly to bumps. Fine tuning can be easily accomplished by changing air spring pressure and by adjusting compression and rebound. Steering accuracy is improved on the White Brothers Magic fork over conventional MTB forks by utilizing superior materials and design. These include oversized 32mm fork tubes, a torsion box design steering crown with pressed in tubes, a one piece billet brake arch and extra thick drop-outs. Fork travel has been chosen to offer the best performance possible for each fork’s intended use.

Finally, the performance you want, when you want it. Introducing a White Brothers' breakthrough in damping technology: the Intelligent Magnetic Valve (patent pending). Combining the benefits of true open bath damping with the foolproof intelligence of a magnetic valve, the IMV system prevents bobbing on hills and during sprints, but allows the fork to be fully active when hitting bumps.

Unlike typical sprung valves, the IMV system on the White Brothers Magic 29er Fork senses the oil pressure spike that occurs when your fork hits a bump. It holds the compression circuit open throughout the entire bump, then closes simultaneously with the rebound flow of oil at the end of the bump. The fork is fully active during terrain-induced shock forces, but knows to stay closed when you're climbing or sprinting.
