"Really a great buy. Have had nice high end 26er stuff and just wanted a fairly cheap quick in on a 29er to have an extra bike and a different experience. This thing turned out to be great!! It climbs very well, handles nice in turns and is just a great bike. Fairly light also at 26lbs XL size. Other than the noisy brakes that Pricepoint warrantied, no issues. Took a few minutes to get used to the hard seat and no suspension but in no time felt great. I am 6'4" 200 lbs so maybe bigger bike works for me but if someone asked I would say BUY IT!!" - See More at: Mtbr.com "...The Razzo feels rock solid, well balanced, stable when it needs to be and maneuverable when it needs to be. I don't think this will replace my full suspension XC bike, but I do see advantages to the 29er for certain types of trails..." - See More at: Mtbr.com Also visit: Complete Razzo Review at MTBR.com |

Does this bike come pre-assembled?
The Sette Razzo 29er comes 95% assembled. The final steps to complete your bike are mounting the handlebars, pedals and front wheel and installing the seat and seatpost. The shifting and brakes are pre-assembled but will most likely require some fine tuning. Although you home mechanics may love the idea of putting your own bike together, to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty Sette USA requires that your bicycle be assembled by a qualified, professional bicycle mechanic.
What tools will be needed to assemble my bike?
Here are the tools required for the assembly of your bicycle:
2, 3,
4,
and 5mm Hex
(allen)
Wrenches Pedal Wrench (15mm)
For adjustments and routine maintenance, it will also be handy to have the following:
8mm Hex (Allen) Wrench
Philips Head Screwdriver
Besides the included general manual there are also comprehensive instructional guides for every component found on your bicycle. These are filled with valuable information and we strongly suggest that you hang on to these for future reference.
Will this bike need a follow up tune-up? And when?
Yes, this bike will need a follow up tune up. After the initial assembly and fine tuning of your bike, it will be necessary to perform routine follow up maintenance. Depending on how often you ride and the intensity of the terrain, we highly recommend that after a break-in period of approximately one month that you perform a thorough tune up. WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! This is the most important tune up that your bike will ever receive.
Why? All bikes break-in, no matter how much they cost! Cables stretch, bolts loosen, spokes tension changes, brakes and derailleurs go out of adjustment; all normal behavior, especially when a bike is new. After performing that first tune up, everything tends to settle in and your bike will usually require less frequent adjustments. A timely tune up on a new bike will help you get many years of reliable performance.
How do I get service for my bike?
If you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to contact Price Point. As an authorized Sette USA reseller, Price Point is prepared to answer any questions you may have. If you require routine maintenance and repair, Sette USA and Price Point recommend that you bring your bike to your local qualified, professional bicycle mechanic.
What size bike do I need?
Sette has provided a size chart to help determine what size bicycle you should purchase (see the tab above, under "Fit Guide").
Some of the road bikes and frames feature what is known as a "compact" frame geometry. These do not necessarily follow traditional measurements and will feature a shorter seat tube and greater standover height. Using the fit guide and the effective top tube will give an accurate comparison to bikes with traditionally measured geometries.
Indications that you may require an alternative size to what is recommended in the Fit Guide:
Limited range of motion - often,
when someone has suffered an injury,
or has certain physical limitations
or development issues due to their
personal medical history, it may
result in limited ranges of motion.
If you fall at the extreme of
either
end of the
Fit Guide's size spectrum (i.e.
tall/short).
If you are confident that,
proportionately speaking, you
have very short/long torso or legs
for
your body height.
In those cases, you may need to modify certain components on your bicycle. Contact Price Point and our staff of knowledgeable experts will be glad to assist you in achieving the perfect fit.
