High Impact Memory Foam
A special impact material that has a stiff initial impact that slowly conforms to the shape of the body, which gives the protective piece a way to eliminate the heavier, air restricting hard caps that have traditionally been used in pressure suits.
Power Stretch Fabric
661's Power Stretch fabric is a specific polyester blend that helps wick away moisture, and cool the rider with its evaporative properties. The material performs better than traditional pressure suit materials because of its moisture management capabilities.
Rock Crusher Articulating Armor
Used to eliminate the Achilles heel of body armor, by using over lapping joined hard caps that have the ability to overlap and move freely of the parts next to it. This allows the piece to stiffen when needed, yet maintain flexibility for greater comfort.
Stretch Kevlar Abrasion Resistance
Stretch Kevlar resists tearing while keeping the caps and foam out of the elements to give them longer life. The stretch material also helps keep the pads as smooth and low profile as possible to
eliminate snagging.
