Canadian Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time for Canadian orders is 2-5 working days depending on the province.
Canadian Shipping & Handling Rates: We ship all Canadian orders via DHL Expedited Service and/or USPS. Canadian customers are
responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. Currently, we have a flat rate fee of $25.98 regardless of the amount of your order.
Note: Shipping Charges May Vary For Oversized
and/or Heavier Items.
C.O.D.: C.O.D. shipping is not available
to Canada.
Insurance Charge: In addition to the cost of shipping,
we charge $1.25 insurance on every order. It’s a flat fee, like
our shipping rates, and it is added to all orders, regardless of
value. This way, whether you place an order for $50 or $1000, you will always pay the same for insurance. This small
fee serves to protect you, the customer, in case your shipment is
lost, stolen, or damaged. In these cases, Price Point is usually
responsible for handling and paying your claim, rather than
DHL or USPS.
Oversized/Heavy Items: Certain items may
be subject to a higher shipping rate or restrictions due to their
size or weight. Any additional costs will be indicated with the
item when you add it to your cart.

Because of the high cost of shipping we do not ship bikes, frames, or workstands to Canada. Additionally, we cannot ship
large or heavy orders. We will e-mail any possible options if your
order is too large or heavy.

For the fastest, most economical service we ship Canadian orders via DHL Expedited Service and/or USPS.
5.
We must verify the billing address, phone number, and name of your credit card with
the issuing bank. Therefore, it is very important that you make
sure
to type in your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit
card statement. Any variations could delay your order.
Price Point thoroughly investigates and checks
all international orders for fraud and we will prosecute to the
full extent of the law. If you have any questions, suggestions or

Return/Exchange Procedures for Canadian Customers:
1. Please contact Customer Service to report the reason of your return and instructions about how to mail the item back to Price Point.
2. Please be sure to indicate “Zero dollars” and “return” in the customs form you are required to complete when mailing the item back to Price Point. Insure your mailing for the actual value of the returned item if over $100.00 even if indicating “zero dollars” in the value amount of the customs form.
3.
Price Point won't be responsible for any shipping costs and/or customs or duties for any returned items.

Pricepoint.com's shopping cart will automatically compute all shipping
charges for you. Before you have submitted your order you will
be given the available shipping options to your destinations and
cost that applies. Please note, due to shipping restrictions we
only ship to countries displayed on the pull down menu when you
fill in your shipping address.
International Shipping & Handling Rates:
For the fastest and most economical service, we use UPS International (2-5 days to most countries). Some international destinations
may require Price Point to ship International US Air Parcel Post
(7-14 days to most countries), due to the high cost of shipping
to these countries. Additionally, Price Point may be required to
charge an additional surcharge to ship to certain countries. We
will notify you of any extra shipping charges. If you have any questions
regarding shipping to your country, just send us an e-mail at intlsales@pricepoint.com
. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes,
and customs fees. We have a $50.00 minimum order requirement for
international orders. Due to unreliable shipping or fraud, Price
Point reserves the right to restrict shipment to any country at
our discretion. Therefore, we only ship to countries available
on the pull down menu when you fill in your shipping address.

· South Africa & Israel:
- Orders with a dimensional weight of 1 to 25 lb., shipping cost will be $150.00 per box.
- Orders with a dimensional weight of 25.1 to 40 lb., shipping cost will be $250.00 per box.
- Orders with a dimensional weight of 40.1 lb. or more will be billed at $350.00 per box.

to some countries. When you fill in your billing address if your country
is not on the pull down menu then we do not ship there.

Because of the high cost of shipping we do not ship bikes, frames,
or workstands internationally. Additionally, we cannot ship
large or heavy orders. We will e-mail with your options if your
order is too large or heavy.
5.
Orders over $2000.00 require a wire transfer as form of payment. Please email intlsales@pricepoint.com for details.
6.
We do not ship any order with a US bill to address, shipped to an
international address.
7.
Any international customers that refuse an international order or
have their orders returned to us (except an exchange) by our shipper,
will no longer be permitted to order from Price Point.
8.
For the fastest, most economical service we use UPS on most orders.
9.
Since we are unable to verify credit card billing addresses with
foreign banks, for yours and ours protection, we will need the following
information faxed (310-769-6189) or e-mailed (intlsales@pricepoint.com)
as an attachment:
a.
Front and back copy of credit card to be used.
b.
A photo identification that contains a signature and matches the
first and last name on the card being used.
c.
You will not be asked send this information again as long as you
use the same credit card, except if your card has expired.
d.
To help us find your order, please provide us with your full name,
address, and order number.
10.
We will hold your order up to 10 days to receive the above information.
If we do not have the information on file or have received it we
will cancel your order after 10 days.
We understand that some of these procedures might
be restrictive, but due to the high risk of fraud with international
orders we have had to implement these procedures. To continue to
serve our international customers, Price Point thoroughly investigates
and checks all international orders for fraud and we will prosecute
