“Where Price Is The Point” Guarantee:
At Price Point, We Will Not Be Undersold. We will match any nationally
advertised price on any product we sell. Just give us the details
and we'll do the rest. For online orders: Type the price-match
information and the competitor’s URL or ad, where you saw the lower
price in the “optional order comments” box at the end of
your order. We will contact you if we have any questions.
If you have already submitted your order contact
our Customer Service Department at (800) 774-2376, extension 400,
between the hours of 8a.m. and 5p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday,
or e-mail custservice@pricepoint.com and they
will gladly help you.
Note: We will gladly match our
competitors’ prices as long as the exact item is in stock and the
price still holds. This does not include items that are on sale,
clearance, or blowouts.
Our low price guarantee extends up to 30 days
from the date of your purchase. Let us know the name of the competitor,
what they're selling it for, exact product size/color, and we will
take it from there.

>Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from
Price Point, simply return the item within 30 days, in its original
unused/uninstalled condition, with proof of purchase. We will
promptly replace it, apply credit to a new order, or give you a
refund for the purchase price - whichever you prefer.
At Price Point, we’ve made returns and exchanges
simple. No phone calls or RA numbers are required. As long as the
product you are returning is in its original unused and uninstalled
condition, we will accept your return up to 30 days from your invoice
date. Just follow the simple return/exchange instructions on the
back of your invoice, and send us your return via an insured carrier.
We will take care of the rest.

>Shipping Insurance
Insurance Charge: In addition to the cost of shipping,
we charge $1.25 insurance on every order. It’s a flat fee, like
our shipping rates, and it is added to all orders, regardless of
value. This way, whether you place an order for $50 worth of stuff
or $1000, you will always pay the same for insurance. This small
fee serves to protect you, the customer, in case your shipment is
lost, stolen, or damaged. In these cases, Price Point is usually
responsible for handling and paying your claim, rather than UPS,
DHL, or USPS. Insurance for Canada, APO, AE, FPO and PR orders is $1.25.
For all other international orders, the insurance is $3.00.

Pricing and Colors:
Price Point makes every effort to post the most
current prices, but in certain instances, our prices may change
without notice. Regardless, we still guarantee the lowest prices
on every item we sell. Do note that neither printing nor computer
monitors can perfectly duplicate the actual color of an item. Consequently
there may be a slight discrepancy between the actual color of a
product and that, which is presented in the catalogue or on the
web site. Prices are limited to stock on hand.

No warranty of any kind expressed or implied is
made by Price Point respecting the safety of the products sold.
Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from use of said
product.
Fraud Prevention:
In our continuing effort to provide you with the
lowest prices and superior service, Price Point scrupulously checks
the validity of all orders for fraudulent use. Price Point Mail
Order Ltd reserves the rights to hold up any order for fraud checks
or refuse to ship to any customer on any grounds. Price Point is
not responsible for any hold up of orders while we verify information.
Improper or fraudulent use is grounds for prosecution. Price Point
Mail Order Ltd, reserves the right to hold or refuse to send any
order that it deems fraudulent.

A certain number of typos and pricing errors in
our web site, catalogs, and advertisements are inevitable. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause you. We cannot be held responsible
for typographical errors or omissions on our website or in our print
advertisements.
Pricing differences between our web/catalog/magazine advertisements.
It’s impossible to have identical pricing in all venues at all times.
This is due to the different publication dates and lead times for
the magazines, web banners, and other places where we advertise.
We do our best to minimize any confusion but this problem is endemic
in the nature of direct mail catalog/web commerce.
