Orders shipped to California addresses are charged the appropriate sales tax, between 7.25% and 8.5%, for the county to which they are shipped. This is calculated based on your ship-to zip code. Most orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise indicated.
All orders shipped via UPS are trackable.
For your convenience, Price Point will e-mail your UPS tracking number and order information when your order ships.
Your order should ship within 1-2 business days from our West Coast warehouse.
Please allow between 2- 7 working days for delivery of standard UPS ground orders.
Be aware that UPS delivers as late as 8:00pm in some areas.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for UPS ground orders is as follows: Southern CA: 1 working day Deliveries are made Monday - Friday up until 8:00pm, except on major holidays. Insurance
Charge: In addition to the cost of shipping, we charge $1.25 insurance
on every order. It’s a flat
fee, like our shipping rates, and it is added to all orders, regardless
of value. This way, whether
you place an order for $50 worth of stuff or $1000, you will always
pay the same for insurance. This
small fee serves to protect you, the customer, in case your shipment
is lost, stolen, or damaged. In
these cases, Price Point is usually responsible for handling and
paying your claim, rather than UPS, DHL, or USPS. Insurance for
Canada, APO, AE, FPO, PR and all international orders is $1.25.
Oversized/Heavy
Items: Certain items may be subject to a higher shipping rate due
to their size or weight. Any additional costs will be indicated
with the item when you add it to your cart.
