Most product defects will be apparent upon initial inspection of the item. Sometimes defects will not be obvious until the product is actually used. Either way, if you believe a product sold by Price Point was defective at the time of receipt, please contact Price Point, before contacting the manufacturer or we will assist you with negotiating the product warranty.

Every item Price Point sells is covered by the manufacturer warranty. Since each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, contact us and we’ll help get your warranty issue taken care of. Warranties cover manufacturing defects which are apparent during normal product use. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents and racing are not covered. It is up to the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise, at their discretion. Labor and shipping costs are not covered. Read your product manuals for more details. Price Point will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty on merchandise we sell, but we make no additional warranty, express or implied, for products sold by us.
